Shipping: We ship to the continental United States, Canada and Latin America. Shipments to Canada and Latin America ship via USPS.
How do I cancel an order? To cancel an order, please send an e-mail with the subject "Cancel my order" and containing your order confirmation number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you may not cancel partial orders, and your order can not be cancelled once it has shipped, after which you may initiate a return once the order is received. Please see the Returns page for information.
Gift-wrapping? At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping.
Free shipping? We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.
Forms of payment accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
How secure are credit card transactions? Nexternal (our store software) uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. Security certificates are issued by Thawte, a leading data encryption company.
Can I check the status of my order? Customers may login to their account to check the status of their packages. They should also receive an order confirmation e-mail with an Order Status link. This also applies to tracking information once the package has been shipped.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Sales tax will be automatically calculated for California residents. If you're purchasing from outside of the state of California, it is your responsibility to comply with your state's tax laws regarding purchases made over the internet.
